Inspiration:
The Magnum Bullet was born from the vision of one of our longtime customers, a distinguished Naval officer, who sought a truly unique commemorative fountain pen for his fellow officers—one that symbolized their service, camaraderie, and shared memories. Transforming this ambitious concept into a functional writing instrument required nearly a year of thoughtful design, engineering, prototyping, and meticulous refinement.

Ebonite/ABS Feeder Options:
Ebonite being a softer material tends to better absorb the ink and provide a juicy wet flow – a signature trait of Kanwrite designed feeders. Highly recommended with Flex, UltraFlex and Broader points.
ABS Plastic Feeder offers a regular and controlled flow for everyday writing. Recommended with Finer points and for low quality paper.
Ink Filling System: 2 in 1 – Twist Converter & Cartridge Compatible
- Twist Converter of 1.2ml capacity included with the fountain pen which constantly feeds the instrument. This meticulously designed Kanwrite converter threads into the barrel to prevent any ink leakage issues. Turn the piston anticlockwise to move the piston down (push the air out) and turn it clockwise to move the piston up (draw the ink)
- Ink Cartridge of 1 ml capacity is included with the pen and can be easily attached to get additional ink supply.
The feeder and nib are assembled into a screw in nib unit housing which can be easily unscrewed and replaced with a compatible Kanwrite #6 nib unit for Desire, Klassic 40 & Magnum. Please note, all three pen models share the same housing design, hence, the nib units are interchangeable amongst all the 3 pen models.

Extra Fine (EF – 0.5 mm)
Best for small handwriting, fine notes, and detailed writing. Ideal for everyday use on most paper types.
Fine (F – 0.6 mm)
A smooth, balanced nib for daily writing. Slightly broader than Extra Fine, offering better ink flow with good control.
Medium (M – 0.75 mm)
Perfect for those who enjoy a fuller line. Smooth and expressive, great for signatures and regular writing.
Broad (B – 1.0 mm)
Bold and wet lines that showcase ink shading beautifully. Ideal for confident, expressive writing.
Double Broad (BB – 1.2 mm)
Extra-bold and exceptionally smooth, producing rich, wet lines that highlight ink shading and sheen. Perfect for expressive writing & signatures. Highly recommended to be paired with an Ebonite Feeder.
Extra Fine Flex (0.5 – 1.5 mm)
Combines the precision of an Extra Fine nib with gentle flex for subtle line variation. Ideal for neat everyday writing while adding expressive strokes with light pressure. Highly recommended to be paired with an Ebonite Feeder.
Fine Flex (0.6 – 1.6 mm)
Offers gentle line variation with light pressure. Great for adding character to everyday handwriting. Highly recommended to be paired with an Ebonite Feeder.
Extra Fine Ultra Flex (0.5 – 2.5 mm)
Delivers the finest hairlines with exceptional flexibility and dramatic line variation. Perfect for Copperplate, Spencerian, modern calligraphy, and writers who enjoy maximum expression. Highly recommended to be paired with an Ebonite Feeder.
Fine Ultra Flex (0.6 – 2.6 mm)
Maximum flexibility and dramatic line variation. Ideal for calligraphy, expressive writing, and flex enthusiasts. Highly recommended to be paired with an Ebonite Feeder.
Broad Architect (B – 1.0 mm)
Ground to produce broad horizontal strokes and fine vertical strokes, creating distinctive lettering with a crisp, architectural appearance. Excellent for block lettering, journaling, and everyday writing with a unique character.
Broad Stub (B – 1.0 mm)
Features a flat writing edge that creates natural line variation without requiring flex. Produces crisp downstrokes and narrower cross strokes, making everyday handwriting, signatures, and cursive writing more stylish and expressive.
